Week 15

The last hours of our OJT. We finished most of our tasks on the website. The culmination of the journey involved a comprehensive performance assessment, offering insightful feedback on the efforts and impact throughout the OJT period. This evaluation stood as evidence of the acquired skills, completed tasks, and the enhancement brought to the BU OU. In summary, the experience of being an OJT at the BU OU has been immensely fulfilling. It has offered opportunities to utilize technical abilities, cooperate with faculty members, foster academic advancement, and interact with the broader university sphere. The insights gained and lessons learned from this experience will undoubtedly prove invaluable in future pursuits.

Week 14

We assisted Sir Renzo in getting things from CAL and helped Ma’am Emily and Sir Mon with PC arrangements for a defense. Robert and Nissa attempted to film outside the library but were called to present the system. The presentation was postponed. We took a group picture with sir Balilo.

Week 13

We finalized the website, aiming for completion by the following week.

Week 12

Ma’am Jane, our OJT coordinator, visited us. We attended the “IP AWARE BU” event. We attended the “Girls in ICT Mentoring Session.”  

Week 11

We had a work-from-home day due to a strike. We celebrated Sir Renzo de Mesa’s birthday. And we continued developing the website, fixed some bugs and created another.

Week 10

We led the flag ceremony, and the faculty had their monthly meeting. And we continued developing the website, we encountered some bugs and needed fixing.

Week 9

We received the news that we would be leading the upcoming flag ceremony, marking a significant first for BU Open University. Ma’am Rean swiftly delegated tasks for the ceremony, ensuring everything was meticulously planned. Simultaneously, progress pressed on with the development of the ETEEAP webpage using Flutterflow. The focus remained on crafting a user-friendly interface and guaranteeing smooth navigation throughout the site.
